Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement a holistic
corporate affairs strategy
that aligns with the company's overall business goals, enhancing our brand reputation and public perception.

Lead
government relations and public policy engagement
, serving as a primary point of contact for local bodies, state, and central government authorities.

Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive
CSR strategy
that reflects our commitment to ethical, sustainable, and socially responsible business practices, specifically leveraging government schemes and local partnerships where possible.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum of
12-15 years of progressive experience
in Corporate Affairs, Public Relations, Government Relations, and/or CSR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive corporate affairs strategies, including media relations, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management.
Extensive experience in liaison work with local bodies and government authorities (State and Central)
, along with a deep understanding of Indian administrative and bureaucratic processes.
Proven ability to
interact and build rapport with senior-level authorities
and navigate complex government frameworks effectively.
