About Us

We are launching a wellness-first café in Bangalore from the team behind:

  • UNA – By Garde Manger, Raipur – a premium, fresh and healthy multi-cuisine café.
  • Amoha Patisserie, Raipur – a 100% vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar–free dessert brand.

The Bangalore outlet will focus on plant-based food, wellness food, fresh ingredients and healthy cuisines.

This is a critical leadership role for someone who believes food can heal, nourish and delight.


Key Responsibilities


Menu Creation & Development

  • Design and refresh menus focused on plant-based food, wellness food and healthy cuisines (salads, bowls, wraps, millet-based mains, desserts, beverages).
  • Develop recipes aligned with vegan, gluten-free, low-sugar, Jain-friendly and other dietary needs.
  • Balance taste, presentation, portion size and nutrition in every dish.


Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train and mentor junior chefs, commis, stewards and utility staff.
  • Build a culture of discipline, teamwork, respect and continuous learning.
  • Conduct regular tastings, trainings and performance feedback.


Collaboration & Brand Building

  • Work with founders / marketing team for new launches, specials, events and wellness workshops.
  • Ensure the kitchen experience always matches the brand promise of a premium wellness café.


Must-Have Requirements

  • Hotel Management / Culinary degree is compulsory.
  • 5–10 years of professional kitchen experience with at least 2–3 years as Head Chef / Sous Chef (café / wellness café / plant-based / premium casual).


Strong hands-on exposure to:

  • Plant-based food, wellness food, fresh & healthy cuisines
  • Vegan, gluten-free, low-sugar, Jain-friendly or special-diet menus
  • Working knowledge of nutrition, including:
  • Understanding of macros (proteins, fats, carbs)
  • Knowledge of nutritional values of food and ingredients used (e.g. which grains, millets, nuts, seeds and fats support protein, fibre, good fats, low GI, etc.)
  • Ability to work with approximate nutritional values / labelling for menu items.
