Job Summary

We’re hiring energetic, polite, and customer-focused individuals for our café service team. You'll greet guests, take orders, serve food, and ensure a smooth, welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth service flow.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Assist guests with menu queries, making recommendations when needed.
• Handle guest requests and complaints with patience and resolve them proactively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations.
• Assist in setup and closing of the dining area as per daily schedules.

Qualifications & Skills

• 10th pass or above
• Experience preferred but not mandatory
• Good communication in Hindi; basic English helpful
• Presentable, punctual, and team-oriented
