We take pride in creating memorable dining moments with a friendly and professional team. Job Summary We’re hiring energetic, polite, and customer-focused individuals for our café service team. You'll greet guests, take orders, serve food, and ensure a smooth, welcoming dining experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor. Take orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards. Assist guests with menu queries, making recommendations when needed. Handle guest requests and complaints with patience and resolve them proactively. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations. Coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth service flow. Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards as per company and FSSAI guidelines. Assist in setup and closing of the dining area as per daily schedules. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality. Qualifications & Skills 10th pass or above Experience preferred but not mandatory Good communication in Hindi; basic English helpful Presentable, punctual, and team-oriented Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
