As a Service Staff member at UNA By Garde Manger, located in Civil Lines, Raipur, you will play a vital role in providing a premium dining experience to our guests. From greeting and taking orders to serving food and beverages promptly, your role is essential in maintaining our high standards of service. You will assist guests with menu inquiries, handle requests and complaints with patience, and ensure that the dining area and service stations are clean and organized at all times. Collaboration with the kitchen team is crucial to ensure a smooth flow of service. You will be expected to adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards as per company and FSSAI guidelines. Additionally, your involvement in setting up and closing the dining area according to daily schedules is essential to the overall operation. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum qualification of 10th pass or above. While prior experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Proficiency in Hindi is required, and basic English skills would be beneficial. We are looking for individuals who are presentable, punctual, and work well within a team dynamic.
