Service Staff (Front of House)

You will be joining the service team at UNA By Garde Manger, a premium multi-cuisine caf and dining destination in Raipur, known for its innovative dishes, warm hospitality, and exceptional guest experience. As a Service Staff member, your role will involve greeting guests, taking orders, serving food, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming dining experience. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor. - Accurately and efficiently take orders using the POS system. - Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards. - Assist guests with menu queries and make recommendations when necessary. - Handle guest requests and complaints with patience and proactive resolution. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. - Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow. - Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards as per company and FSSAI guidelines. - Assist in the setup and closing of the dining area as per daily schedules. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality. Qualifications & Skills: - 10th pass or above. - Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. - Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English proficiency is helpful. - Presentable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team.
