MANGO MEADOWS is dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences by offering high-quality, creative, and delicious meals. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen team and bring innovation, consistency, and excellence to our menu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and present high-quality meals in accordance with our menu and brand standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, assistants, and trainees.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage kitchen costs effectively.
• Collaborate with management to create new dishes and seasonal specials.
• Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper functioning.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals without compromising quality.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of budgeting and inventory control.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
