Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef, located in Lonavala. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the highest quality of food service. Responsibilities also include managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Head Chef will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for guests by offering innovative and eco-friendly cuisine.
