Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ambala Cantonment for a Head Chef. The Head Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, create and prepare menus, manage inventory and staff, and ensure quality and presentation of all dishes. They will also be responsible for maintaining health and safety standards, managing budgets, and collaborating with the management team to meet customer satisfaction and business goals.

Qualifications

• Menu Planning, Recipe Development, and Food Presentation skills
• Kitchen Management, Inventory Management, and Staff Supervision experience
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Standards and Budget Management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a similar role
