Head Chef - Continental

A Head Continental Chef oversees all kitchen operations, focusing on European and Continental cuisines. This includes menu planning, food preparation, staff management, and ensuring high-quality standards. They are responsible for maintaining a smooth-running kitchen, managing inventory, and collaborating with suppliers. Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Planning & Development: Creating and updating menus, standardizing recipes, and ensuring dishes meet high-quality standards.
• Kitchen Management: Overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring smooth service.
• Food Preparation & Quality Control: Ensuring food is prepared to the highest standards, meeting specified quality and presentation requirements.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Managing food inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimize resource utilization.
• Staff Management & Training: Leading, training, and motivating kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintaining strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP procedures.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring a positive dining experience for customers and incorporating feedback.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive culinary training and experience in Continental cuisine.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of European and Continental cooking techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
