Job Description

As a dynamic Head - Channel Business for Valves, Controls, and Actuators, you will be responsible for achieving sales and order volume targets while maintaining desired profit levels. Your role will involve managing training and development programs for distributors, planning and executing strategic initiatives for channel growth, overseeing due diligence and agreements with partners, conducting regular review meetings with channel partners, driving business development initiatives, monitoring inventory, and supporting all business lines for channel-related activities. Additionally, you will resolve distributor issues, manage conflicts effectively, and coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Product Management for distributor activities. Travel to distributor locations for 8 to 10 days per month will also be a part of your responsibilities. Qualifications and Experience: - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA in Marketing preferred. - 10-15 years of experience in channel sales and management. Personal Attributes: - Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Highly organized and punctual.
