Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Head - Channel Business, Valves, Controls and Actuators.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales and order volume targets while maintaining desired profit levels.
Manage training and development programs for distributors.
Plan and execute strategic initiatives for channel growth in collaboration with management.
Oversee due diligence and agreements with partners.
Conduct monthly/quarterly review meetings with channel partners.
Drive business development initiatives for the channel network.
Monitor inventory and plan stock orders based on market requirements.
Support all business lines for channel-related activities.
Resolve distributor issues and manage conflicts effectively.
Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Product Management for distributor activities.
Travel to distributor locations (8-10 days per month).

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor s degree in Engineering; MBA in Marketing preferred.
10-15 years of experience in channel sales and management.

Personal Attributes

Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized and punctual.
