Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive patient footfall and achieve revenue targets
Plan and execute hospital marketing initiatives
Handle and motivate cross-functional teams for smooth operations
Manage MIS reporting and present business performance to management
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and compliance
Ensure NABH standards, and patient safety protocols.
Oversee financial budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
Build strong relationships and communication channels with doctors and consultants
Identify opportunities for process improvements and service excellence

Desired Profile:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Healthcare / Management
8+ years of hospital operations or business leadership experience
Strong business acumen, people management, and analytical skills
Must experience only in a healthcare setup.
