Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand hospital services and revenue streams.
Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, TPAs, and referral networks.
Plan and implement effective marketing campaigns, digital outreach, and patient engagement activities.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, competitive positioning, and service gaps.
Drive hospital branding, PR, and community outreach programs.
Lead corporate health checkup programs, medical camps, and institutional collaborations.
Prepare and monitor annual business and marketing budgets.
Work closely with hospital leadership for new service launches and strategic expansion projects.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics for business development and marketing activities.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field.
Mandatory:
Minimum 10 years of experience in
business development & marketing in the hospital industry
, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong network within the healthcare sector and experience in corporate tie-ups.
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver measurable results.
