Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy preferred); MBA is desirable
• Experience: 8-12 years in solar equipment sales, EPC sales, or renewable energy BD, with at least 3-5 years in a regional leadership role
• Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of solar tracking technologies and utility-scale project development
• Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi
• Local languages such as Marathi, Gujarati, or Kannada are advantageous
• Regional Familiarity: Strong network and working experience across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Karnataka, and Chhattisgarh

Preferred Skills:

• Deep understanding of central/state solar tenders, solar energy policies, DISCOM regulations, and power purchase agreements (PPAs)
• Knowledge of Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) and how tracker solutions impact project economics
• Proficiency in CRM tools (eg, Salesforce, Zoho) and sales reporting systems
• Familiarity with government and private sector procurement processes in solar
• Strategic planning and ability to align business goals with execution
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
