Job Description

Lead and manage the
Billing, QS, and Contracts function
across multiple residential, commercial, and township projects.
Oversee
end-to-end billing operations
including contractor RA bills, client bills, final bills, reconciliation, and certifications.
Review and finalize
BOQs, tenders, rate analyses, work orders, contracts, and amendments
.
Ensure accurate measurement, certification, and compliance with
contractual terms, drawings, and specifications
.
Manage
variation orders, extra items, claims, counterclaims, and escalation matters
.
Drive
cost control, budget monitoring, cash flow planning
, and project financial discipline.
Coordinate with
Project Execution, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Audit
teams.
Oversee
SAP/ERP billing workflows
, approvals, and commercial compliance.
Develop and implement
commercial SOPs, billing standards, and internal controls
.
Support management in
contract negotiations, risk mitigation, and commercial decision-making
.
Track and resolve
contractual risks, delays, cost overruns
, and claims exposure.
Lead and mentor the
Billing, QS, and Contracts team
, ensuring skill development and performance.
Prepare
management MIS, dashboards, cash flow forecasts, and commercial reports
.
Support audits, statutory reviews, and internal compliance checks.
