Strong coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams (design, planning, procurement, QA/QC, and site).
In-depth understanding of fa ade systems, materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
Strong problem-solving ability with focus on timely decision-making and issue resolution.
Ensure design deliverables are consistent with contractual scope, approved samples, and project specifications.
Coordinate for timely release of construction drawings to site execution teams.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams for technical and execution-related coordination.
