Position: Head Bartender
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹24,000 per month (plus Service Charge)
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Offs: 4 paid offs per month

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a bar

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Bartender to lead our bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar management with a flair for hospitality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic and signature cocktails
• Train, manage, and schedule bar staff
• Maintain stock levels and handle bar inventory and ordering
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards of the bar
• Interact with guests to provide a high-quality experience
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on bar experience
• Strong knowledge of mixology and bar operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work long hours and manage a high-paced environment
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
