Head Bartender

Role Overview: As a Head Bartender at Bookmark Resorts, Jogi Mahal, Ranthambore, your primary responsibility will be to supervise and coordinate the daily bar operations. You will be in charge of mixing and serving drinks while ensuring exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will oversee tasks such as managing bar inventory, handling cash, maintaining cleanliness, training junior staff, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
