Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Barista at our Mumbai location. The Head Barista will oversee daily operations at the café(order taking, billing, POS, customer interaction), including preparing high-quality coffee beverages, managing and ordering inventory, and training junior baristas. Responsibilities also include ensuring excellent customer service, creating a welcoming environment for guests, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the café.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven café/barista experience.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques & café equipment.
• Customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
• Team player with attention to detail.
• Passion for food, beverages & customer service.
• Positive attitude & willingness to learn.
• Content creation is a plus.

Working hours:

• 9 hours a day
• 6 days a week

Compensation:

 ₹2,64,000 - ₹3,00,000/annum (depending on previous CTC and skills)
