Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Barista at our Mumbai location. The Head Barista will oversee daily operations at the café (order taking, billing, POS, customer interaction) , including preparing high-quality coffee beverages, managing and ordering inventory, and training junior baristas. Responsibilities also include ensuring excellent customer service, creating a welcoming environment for guests, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the café. Qualifications 1–2 years of proven café/barista experience. Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques & café equipment. Customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality. Team player with attention to detail. Passion for food, beverages & customer service. Positive attitude & willingness to learn. Content creation is a plus. Working hours: 9 hours a day 6 days a week Compensation: ₹2,64,000 - ₹3,00,000/annum (depending on previous CTC and skills) Benefits: Training – barista training will be provided Competitive compensation Opportunity to learn and work in a booming location and fun environment.
