Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities and staff of the agency, formulating business plans, liaising with clients, ensuring compliance, and driving profitable growth. In addition, you will conduct market research, engage with industry contacts, and represent the agency at various industry functions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day activities and staff of the agency - Formulate business plans to drive growth - Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Monitor compliance with industry regulations and standards - Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats - Engage with industry contacts to build relationships and stay updated on trends - Represent the agency at industry functions to enhance visibility and credibility Qualifications Required: - Effective leadership, team management, and business strategy development skills - Client relationship management and networking skills - Market research and analysis skills - Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards - Proficient oral and written communication and interpersonal skills - Solid analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment - Preferably have prior experience in a leadership role in the Life insurance or equivalent industry - Bachelor of Business Administration, Management, or any relevant field.
