This position involves working with clients to provide expert advice on insurance products offered by HDFC, AXIS MAX, and PNB Met Life. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable policies.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies by analyzing their financial situation and risk profile.
Educate clients about different insurance products and services offered by HDFC, AXIS MAX, and PNB Met Life.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or queries.
Achieve sales targets by promoting insurance products and services effectively.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and streamline processes.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-8 years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably in sales or client management.
Strong understanding of insurance products and financial services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze financial data and provide tailored solutions to clients.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
