Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Fast Formula (FF) development and HCM Data Loader (HDL) for Oracle Cloud HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and troubleshooting formulas for Absence Management, OTL (Oracle Time and Labor), Compensation, and Payroll, and possess solid reporting and integration knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas for Oracle Cloud HCM modules:
Absence Management (eligibility, accruals, validation)
OTL (Time Card Rules, Time Entry, Time Calculation)
Payroll (Element Eligibility, Calculation Rules)
Compensation (Grade Steps, Variable Pay, Eligibility)
Build, test, and deploy HDL templates for bulk data uploads, transformations, and migrations.
Analyze and troubleshoot formula logic, errors, and configuration issues in coordination with functional teams.
Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports to support operational and statutory reporting.
Manage end-to-end technical components of HCM Cloud integrations and extensions.
Perform impact analysis and regression testing for quarterly updates and enhancements.
Must-Have Skills:
Expertise in Fast Formula across Absence, OTL, Payroll, and Compensation.
Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HSDL.
Good working knowledge of BI Publisher Reports and OTBI.
Strong understanding of HCM Cloud data model and table structures.
Good knowledge of Element Design, Balance Definitions, and Payroll Integrations.
