Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a HCM Solution Lead specializing in Absence Management and Fast Formula for Oracle Time and Labor (OTL). The position is based in Hyderabad. Day-to-day tasks include leading HCM solution design, implementation, and support, focusing on Absence Management and Fast Formula. The role requires collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, configuring Oracle HCM modules, and ensuring successful deployment. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support and troubleshooting, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• 8+ Years of relevant experience in HCM(Absence and Fast Formula)
• Excellent Communication and Consulting abilities and strong analytical skills
• Proven experience with Absence Management and Fast Formula in Oracle HCM
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• HDL and HCM Extracts are added advantage.
