HCM Solution Lead

Role Overview: You will be a full-time HCM Solution Lead specializing in Absence Management and Fast Formula for Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) at Rite. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and support HCM solutions, with a focus on Absence Management and Fast Formula. This role is based in Hyderabad and will involve collaborating with clients, configuring Oracle HCM modules, ensuring successful deployment, providing ongoing support, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and mentoring junior team members.
