Job Description

As an HCM Functional Consultant in DCG, you will leverage your expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) along with hands-on experience in implementing at least one HCM module, preferably onboarding module, in a small to medium scale project.You will also recognize key trends impacting the clients, identify transformation levers, design or contribute to the next generation IT-led solutions, and facilitate solution deployment. You may be part of a small to medium sized team in this context. Additionally, you will also work on sales pursuits and market development activities, thought leadership tasks and other org-wide initiatives.
