The MPS Process Engineering Team Lead is responsible for producing the Process Engineering deliverables required for a project or proposal and will carry the responsibilities of the MPS Process Engineer. At the same time, the MPS Process Engineering Team Lead is responsible for managing and developing a team of GET / Junior Process Engineers as part of the MPS Process Engineering Team. Develop, configure and optimize process schemes throughout the facility, considering inputs from clients, products specifications, and cost of solution. Size and define process equipment and utilities for O&G facilities during proposal and project execution. Electrical Engineering Team Lead will lead the team of engineers. Involve in the design and development of production facilities, process skids for greenfield and brownfield projects for the Oil & Gas Clients operating in the upstream / midstream / downstream sectors. Interact and communicate effectively with direct reports, team members, clients, subcontractors, vendors and other consultants and stakeholders and assist other execution centers as and when required. Activities Review the ITT (Invitation To Tender) documents provided in the proposals. Prepare technical queries (TQs) to Client. Seek scope clarification, Follow up the tender bulletins. Carry out FEED verification activity by carrying out preliminary sizing calculations to ascertain the adequacy of various engineered equipment as outlined in ITT documents. Issue inquiry requisitions, review techno-commercial offers from vendors. Prepare scope split matrix for the engineering work. Liaise with projects / planning as well as with engineering team at regional execution centres on project schedules, establish target completion dates, ensure target dates are achieved.
