Job Title: Laptop / Desktop Repair Technician
Job Type: Full-time / On-site / Remote (as applicable)
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with technical knowledge can apply)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Laptop/Computer Repair Technician to perform hardware and software troubleshooting, data wiping, and operating system installation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing laptops, desktops, and IT hardware components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues in laptops, desktops, and related devices.
• Perform data wiping and secure data erasure using approved tools
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
• Replace or repair hardware components (RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, motherboard, display, etc.).
• Perform functional testing and quality checks after repair.
• Maintain service records and report completed tasks accurately.
• Ensure proper handling of customer data and devices following company security policies.
• Support refurbishment and device grading processes when required.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Hands-on experience with OS installation, driver setup, and system imaging.
• Understanding of data wiping tools and procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify component-level issues.
• Good attention to detail and quality-oriented work habits.
• PUC ANY DEGREE / Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech / Hardware Networking certification preferred.

Additional Advantage:

• Experience with asset refurbishment or IT lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with BIOS configuration, disk partitioning, and cloning tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
