Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Handover Executive located in the Pune Area. The Handover Executive will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the handover process of properties to clients, ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place. The role involves conducting property inspections, addressing customer queries, liaising with various departments to resolve issues, and ensuring a smooth transition for clients.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Civil Engineering background).
• 1–4 years of experience in real estate handover/CRM/customer service roles.
• Coordinate and manage the handover/possession process of residential and commercial units.
• Good knowledge of real estate handover/possession process.
• Understanding of snagging/defect identification and quality checks.
• Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
• Excellent coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
