The HR Manager (IT field compulsory) oversees all HR practices and processes within the organization, supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding processes, employee relations, performance management, training, development programs, compensation, benefits, HR policies, and compliance with labor laws. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field, HR certification is a plus, proven experience as an HR Manager in the IT field, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, proficiency in HRIS, and ability to manage multiple priorities. 1-year IT field work experience is required.
