About The Opportunity

• Deliver full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care—antenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and outpatient services—ensuring high clinical standards and patient safety.
• Perform and supervise deliveries, including normal vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections; manage obstetric emergencies and triage high-risk pregnancies.
• Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as transvaginal/transabdominal ultrasound, hysteroscopy, and laparoscopic interventions where indicated.
• Develop individualized care plans, counsel patients on family planning, contraception, and reproductive health, and coordinate multidisciplinary referrals.
• Maintain accurate medical records, contribute to clinical audits, and follow hospital protocols for infection control, medication safety, and maternal-fetal monitoring.
• Participate in on-call rosters, mentor junior clinicians, and engage in continuous medical education to uphold clinical excellence.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• MBBS with MD/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology (or equivalent) and valid Indian medical registration
• Demonstrated competence in antenatal care, normal vaginal delivery, and cesarean section
• Experience managing high-risk pregnancies and obstetric emergencies
• Proficiency in gynecologic procedures, including hysteroscopy and basic laparoscopy
• Skilled in obstetric ultrasound interpretation
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
  

Preferred

• Fellowship or additional training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Endoscopy, or related subspecialty
• Prior experience in a multispeciality hospital or high-volume maternity unit
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and clinical audit processes
