Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging outbound sales calls to gas station owners and qualified prospects
  • Utilize your language skills (Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Urdu) to build authentic connections with immigrant business owners
  • Explain product features and benefits in a compelling way that overcomes customer objections
  • Schedule high-quality product demonstrations for the internal account executive team
  • Manage leads and prospects effectively using Salesforce CRM system
  • Follow up strategically with prospects throughout the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with internal account executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities
  • Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals


Requirements

  • Fluency in Gujarati (essential requirement for success in this role)
  • Proven communication and sales skills with track record of results
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM platform preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in EST or PST time zones
  • Full-time availability and commitment to professional growth
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to connect with diverse immigrant communities
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional pay rate is based on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
