Role Overview

Guidewire QA

Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC), BillingCenter (BC), and ClaimCenter (CC)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, system, integration, and end-to-end testing for Guidewire PC, BC, and CC.
• Prepare and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Validate policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and billing impacts.
• Test billing workflows including invoices, payments, delinquency, write-offs, and disbursements.
• Validate claims lifecycle including FNOL, reserves, payments, recoveries, and closures.
• Execute clock movement and batch jobs; validate downstream impacts.
• Perform data validation across PC-BC-CC integrations.
• Log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience in Guidewire Testing (PC / BC / CC).
• Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance domain.
• Expertise in BillingCenter testing:
• Direct Bill Plans
• Invoice generation & validation
• Payment & transaction processing
• Delinquency workflows
• Experience in end-to-end scenario execution.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Agency Bill Plans
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud
• Exposure to automation testing (Guidewire Test Framework / Selenium)
• Experience in integration testing with third-party systems
