Guidewire Developer

You have a great opportunity as a Guidewire ClaimCenter Associate Developer with a minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience. As an ideal candidate, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and preferably some certifications. Your role will involve providing functional solutions for the Guidewire Suite of applications, both on premises and SaaS. You should excel in executing and leading complex engagements within the Guidewire product suite, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing ITIL processes, tracking SLAs, and contracting. You will be expected to provide solution strategy and Application Evolution Services (AES) delivery as a Guidewire Functional Lead, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ITIL incident and problem management for Guidewire Suite applications. Your expertise in leading proposal development efforts and discussing future enhancements in Guidewire roadmap discussions with clients will be highly valued. You should have strong organization skills to assist clients in supporting Guidewire Suite solutions and improving business processes. Identifying and addressing client needs, developing impactful client relationships, and guiding and motivating teams will be key aspects of your role. Moreover, your ability to develop strategies, communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and thrive during periods of client solution instability will be essential. You will also be expected to contribute thought leadership through white papers, blogs, and training. From a technological perspective, you should have expertise in ClaimCenter and working knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ContactManager. Your proficiency in requirement gathering, analysis, functional specifications development, and business walkthroughs will be critical. You should be adept at creating user stories, process flows, UI mockups, and data mapping. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Splunk, and SQL will be beneficial in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.
