Guest Service Associate Trainer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and coordinating induction and on-the-job training programs for Guest Service Associates. Additionally, you will conduct training on hospitality etiquette, communication, complaint resolution, upselling, check-in/check-out procedures, and reservation systems. It will be your duty to develop role-play sessions, guest interaction simulations, and service excellence workshops while ensuring that the training content aligns with company standards and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Front Office and Guest Relations teams to identify skill gaps and training needs. - Support team members on the floor during peak hours to ensure seamless guest service. - Assist in implementing new guest service initiatives and process improvements. - Conduct regular assessments and track trainee performance and progress. - Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and mentoring to staff. - Maintain training reports, attendance logs, and evaluation records. - Promote a guest-first culture and lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality. - Ensure service delivery meets quality standards and act upon guest feedback promptly. - Help manage guest concerns and inquiries professionally when needed. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in training and development within the hospitality industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of reservation systems and guest service procedures.
