Guest Service Associate Trainer

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development

• Design, deliver, and coordinate induction and on-the-job training programs for Guest Service Associates.
• Conduct training on hospitality etiquette, communication, complaint resolution, upselling, check-in/check-out procedures, and reservation systems.
• Develop role-play sessions, guest interaction simulations, and service excellence workshops.
• Ensure training content is aligned with company standards and industry best practices.

Operational Support

• Collaborate with Front Office and Guest Relations teams to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Support team members on the floor during peak hours to ensure seamless guest service.
• Assist in implementing new guest service initiatives and process improvements.

Performance Monitoring

• Conduct regular assessments and track trainee performance and progress.
• Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Maintain training reports, attendance logs, and evaluation records.

Guest Experience

• Promote a guest-first culture and lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Ensure service delivery meets quality standards and guest feedback is acted upon.
• Help manage guest concerns and inquiries professionally when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
