Job Title: Guest Service Associate (GSA)

Location: Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar – Hisar and multiple locations (Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, Uttarakhand, etc.)
Department: Food & Beverage Service / Front of House
Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are hiring energetic and customer-oriented Guest Service Associates (GSA) to be part of our service team at Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar. The GSA will be responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences by providing prompt, friendly, and professional service in a lively bar and lounge environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve them efficiently.
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction through attentive and courteous service.
• Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and overall ambiance of the dining area.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions as per company policy.
• Address guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Support in setting up and closing down the restaurant area before and after service.
• Adhere to grooming, hygiene, and service standards of Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar.
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers or events to maximize sales.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant, café, lounge, or hotel setup.
• Qualification in Hotel Management or relevant hospitality background preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of food & beverage service standards.
• Smart, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: ₹9,175.63 - ₹15,000.00 per month
