This includes handling special requests such as refunds and inquiries in a pleasant and courteous manner. It is important to prepare the counter before entry and at intervals for maximum efficiency. You should strive to upgrade sales by offering combos and promoting special promotions. Additionally, you must always be visible and available to assist customer needs, even proactively coming up with new ideas to improve profits or customer service. Ensuring a high level of grooming standard is also part of your role.
