Job Description

The position requires you to follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to your manager, and complete safety training and certifications. You must ensure that your uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. It is important to welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests" service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Communication is key in this role, as you must speak with others using clear and professional language. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others is crucial. You will be expected to support the team to reach common goals, listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees, and ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Reading and visually verifying information in a variety of formats is part of the job requirements. You must be prepared to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds with assistance may also be required. Handling objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination is necessary. Moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps should not be a challenge for you. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, are part of the physical demands of the job. Additionally, you will be expected to perform other reasonable job duties as requested by your Supervisors. Preferred qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent education, at least 1 year of related work experience, and no supervisory experience.
