Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our team in the Food & Beverage department. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in guest service, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Manage food and beverage orders, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Resolve guest complaints and issues professionally and courteously.
Ensure all interactions with guests are positive and respectful.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve guest complaints and issues.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items and pricing.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
