Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Guest Service Associate at Kempegowda International Airport. The Guest Service Associate will handle customer interactions, provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, managing reservations, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include engaging with guests professionally, maintaining a welcoming environment, and delivering prompt and efficient service to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Guest Services and Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure guest satisfaction
• Experience in managing Reservations and providing assistance to customers during booking processes
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• A professional and customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering quality service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Prior experience in the hospitality, travel, or service industry is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus
