Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Specialist located in Bengaluru. The HVAC Specialist will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting system issues. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Daily tasks include diagnosing HVAC system problems, executing repairs, and coordinating with other team members to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Skilled in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
• Experience in performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting HVAC systems
• Basic plumbing skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Certification or technical diploma in HVAC or related field is preferred
• Relevant work experience in HVAC systems, preferably in a commercial setting
