Guest Service Associate

Customer Service: Greet all customers warmly and assist them with product information, recommendations, and purchases. Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and positive feedback. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times. Sales Support: Upsell and cross-sell products to meet daily sales targets. Ensure products are well displayed and replenish shelves when required. Process sales transactions accurately on the POS system. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product ingredients, origin, and offerings (sweets, savouries, combos, gifting options). Communicate seasonal offerings, discounts, and loyalty programs effectively to customers. Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the guest service area at all times. Follow food safety and hygiene protocols as per company policy. Ensure uniform and grooming standards are strictly adhered to. Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with kitchen and packaging team to ensure timely order fulfilment. Maintain shift reports and update the supervisor on customer feedback, inventory needs, and any operational issues. Billing & Packaging: Efficiently handle billing operations. Ensure correct packaging and labeling of all products before handing over to the customer.
