Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients, relatives, and visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Handle patient inquiries and guide them to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist patients with registration, billing, and appointment scheduling.
  • Provide information about hospital services, facilities, and policies.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors, and staff.
  • Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the management if needed.
  • Maintain front desk operations, including calls, emails, and documentation.
  • Uphold hospital standards of hospitality, confidentiality, and patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Healthcare background preferred).
  • Prior experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
