Medical Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Clinical Support
• Provide round-the-clock medical support to IVF, Gynecology, and Obstetrics patients.
• Take detailed medical history, perform initial examinations, and document findings.
• Assist consultants in OPD, IPD, IVF procedures, antenatal care, deliveries, and gynec surgeries.
• Monitor pre-operative and post-operative patients and update consultants on patient progress.
• Handle medical emergencies, stabilize patients, and escalate cases to specialists as required.
• IVF & Specialized Care
• Assist in patient preparation, monitoring, and post-procedure care for IVF, IUI, Egg Retrieval, Embryo Transfer procedures.
• Counsel patients regarding treatment protocols, pre & post instructions, and medication adherence.
• Ensure proper consent forms, documentation, and patient records for IVF and related treatments.
• Coordination & Documentation
• Maintain accurate and updated patient case sheets, progress notes, discharge summaries, and reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, embryologists, and paramedical teams for smooth patient management.
• Support in medical audits, NABH documentation, and quality standards compliance.
• Patient Counseling & Support
• Provide empathetic counseling to patients and families regarding treatment, risks, and care plans.
• Address patient concerns and escalate unresolved issues to consultants.
• Training & Development
• Participate in CME, clinical discussions, and ongoing training programs.
• Mentor junior doctors, interns, and clinical staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,089.89 - ₹77,624.51 per month

Work Location: In person
