Guest Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, attendants, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and information requirements.
• Handle guest/patient queries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Ensure a smooth flow of communication between patients, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain proper records of patient visits, services availed, and feedback received.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Promote hospital/diagnostic services and guide patients on available facilities.
• Ensure waiting areas and front office premises are clean, organized, and guest-friendly.
• Collect and address guest feedback to improve service quality.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational standards of service excellence.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
• Pleasant personality with good grooming standards.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and hospital/diagnostic management software.
• Multilingual ability (English, Hindi, Telugu) is an added advantage.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Hospitality / Management / Life Sciences preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, healthcare, or front office operations.
• Strong interpersonal and service skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
