Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Guest Service & Experience

  • Greet and welcome all guests courteously, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Escort guests to tables, present menus, and introduce service staff.
  • Maintain a professional and pleasant relationship with guests throughout their visit.
  • Anticipate guest needs and ensure all requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring quick resolution.
  • Ensure special requests (birthdays, anniversaries, VIP guests, etc.) are executed smoothly.

Reservations & Coordination

  • Manage restaurant reservations efficiently to maximize seating and guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the service and kitchen team regarding guest preferences, dietary restrictions, and seating arrangements.
  • Maintain up-to-date guest database and profiles for personalized service.

Communication & Administration

  • Communicate daily with the F&B Manager and restaurant team about VIPs, special events, and guest feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest comments, complaints, and compliments.
  • Prepare daily reports on guest feedback and share improvement suggestions.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining guest relationship programs and loyalty initiatives.

Professional Standards

  • Ensure the front-of-house area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Maintain grooming, appearance, and uniform standards in line with 5-star hospitality policies.
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge (menu, beverages, promotions, etc.) to assist guests confidently.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in guest interactions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong guest-handling and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office, POS, and reservation systems)
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
