Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive at Ramada by Wyndham, Katra, located in Reasi. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and handling guest inquiries and complaints. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests, maintaining guest records, and providing information about the hotel's services and local attractions. The Guest Relations Executive will also assist in organizing events and activities for guests and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in hospitality management software and basic computer skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Previous experience in guest relations or a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
