Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Front Office at Ramada by Wyndham, located in Katra. The Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, handling reservations, and ensuring guests' needs are fulfilled promptly. The role includes maintaining an organized front office area and coordinating with various departments to deliver a seamless guest experience. Upholding brand standards and ensuring customer satisfaction are primary responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of front desk operations, reservation processes, and guest services
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation software is advantageous
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a welcoming demeanor
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional courses in hospitality management are a plus
